Appointments and Fees

Simply call 33710299 to arrange an appointment.

Hours: Monday to Tuesday 9.00am – 8.00pm and Wednesday – Friday 9.00am- 6:00PM. Saturday appointments available.

Appointments are generally for one hour.

Do you need a referral?

You do not need a referral to see us. However, you will not be able to claim a rebate through Medicare without the correct referral.

You or your child may be eligible for a referral from your GP or Specialist doctor through Medicare. Please bring the referral or mental health care plan to the first appointment.

Private Health Cover

You do not need a referral to receive a rebate from your private health fund.

Cancelling Appointments

If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, 24 business hours notice is preferred or a cancellation fee may be charged.

Fees

Our standard fee is $220 per session. Psychometric and other reports incur extra charges.

Rebates

To receive a rebate through Medicare you will need a referral from your General Practitioner or a Specialist Paediatrician or Psychiatrist.

Please note: Rebates through private health funds are not currently available for accredited Mental Health Social Work services although some funds do provide rebates for counselling without specifying the discipline of the service provider. If in doubt, contact your health fund.
